Released today alongside the DLC, the free update introduces celebratory content marking the 35th anniversary and 20 million units sold milestone with 2 new commemorative missions. In addition, the maximum pilot level cap has been increased to 200. The update also adds a brand-new game mode called “BOOST”. In BOOST mode, players earn 2x Experience, 2x Credit, and 2x MXP while benefiting from reduced craft modification costs and reduced pilot training costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Available today, the paid “Anniversary Expansion Pack” DLC expands SUPER ROBOT WARS Y with substantial new gameplay content. The DLC features 33 additional area missions and 1 bonus mission titled the “Anniversary Expansion Purchase mission”. Purchasing the pack also unlocks 5 additional playable units, 1 additional support crew member, and 12 additional weapons that can be equipped by all units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
